Xbox 360 Zune Streaming not working?

Next to the songs is A yellow circle with a black exclamation point. they won't play. i have the 1499 membership. also when i try to preview music videos it gives me this playback error code: c00d426a. Xbox nor Zune can figure out nothing to help me . how do i fix this ? my internet provider is century link with a direct modem connection, and everything else works.
