Where can I upload a good free music playback programme like itunes for my music?

Most of my music on my hard drive has been uploaded from recorded and pre-recorded CD's. I wish to have a programme where I can sort and play music from my hard drive (like itunes). Is there a good free programme that I can download anywhere, so that I can have playlist's and sort my music please?
